On the corner of Vance Jackson and Huebner is Sushi Express. This is one of my favorite places to eat.
Shimohata Hata is the only native Japanese sushi chef in San Antonio. He treats me like a friend and acknowledges me by name when I walk in. I like to watch him make my sushi, right now my favorite is the octopus nigiri. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly. You won't be disappointed!
